Chef Gianluca
Gianluca is the owner and founder of Chef Capaldi. An Italian native, born and raised in Rome he has always had a passion for cooking, vintage Vespa scooters and living “La Dolce Vita”.
He was raised in his grandma’s kitchen, not only doing his homework and eying the preparation of pasta made from scratch, but taking part in Mom and Grandma’s delicious Italian cuisine. Even though he owes most of his cooking skills and passion to Nonna Vittoria he later refined his skills by attending a few classes at the “Gambero Rosso Culinary School” in Rome, and enhanced his experience by entertaining family and friends in his home.
After working in the corporate world for over 10 years he realized it was time to change careers and do what he is really passionate about, cooking. Not just simply cooking, but cooking for others, and cooking in a way that makes them feel cared for, loved and special.
I take my job seriously, I am a member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association) and aside from my Italian experience, have trained with the Culinary Business Academy. I am in continuous personal and professional development as I believe life is best lived when learning and bettering oneself. I hope you will allow me to use your kitchen to make you some real wholesome and delightful cooking.
Chef Gabriela
Gabriela moved to the United States from Valencia, Venezuela, when she was just 7 years old. She has inherited both her grandmother’s passion and skill when it comes to cooking. Gabriela studied culinary arts in high school and attended Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge.
She enjoys cooking many types of food, especially Mexican and Peruvian, because of the diversity both cuisines bring to the table. Making fresh pasta and experimenting with different sauces and flavors is Gabriela’s specialty. She’s a big believer that a memorable dish plays an important part in the memories we make with friends and family.

Chef Wagner
Caribbean born and American raised Wagner’s passion for culinary arts stems from years of family gathering, always centrally focused on food. At a young age he realized food is most often the ice breaker and also the common bond between friends, family and even new acquaintances. He owned a restaurant in Beverly, Alma fusion Restaurant and joined the Chef Capaldi family’s a year ago.
His goal is to create amazing moments with flavors, techniques, ingredients and passion with the immediate gratification of being with families enjoying the love of food and the connections it brings.
Chef Chris
Chris is a Maryland native, born with a passion for cooking and hospitality, who moved up to the Boston area to study his passion at Boston University. Since 2011 he's been classically trained in a number of Mediterranean cuisines in restaurants such as 80 Thoreau, Catalyst, and Oak + Rowan.
As more friends and family members have developed allergies and food restrictions over the years, he has made it his priority to become well versed in cooking alternatives so everyone he cooks for can enjoy the same high standard of flavor and enjoyment.
He's excited to bring this passion and experience to folks on the North Shore looking for anything from weekly meal prep to private dinners and special occasions.
Tameka, an Ohio native, ignited her culinary journey at the tender age of 10, crafting delectable dishes for her family. Fueled by her unwavering passion for food and people, she pursued her dreams at Johnson and Wales University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts.
Imbued with a versatile culinary education, Tameka embarked on a culinary expedition across New England, exploring the culinary landscape of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Here, she honed her mastery of New England cuisine while staying true to her Southern roots, perfecting the art of Southern cuisine with a steadfast commitment to infusing freshness and vibrancy into each dish.
